Scripture: Philippians 1:27 – “Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ…” (NIV)
Thought: In the midst of personal, national, and global uncertainty, all you can really control is your conduct. We cannot control outcomes of many things in our lives, much less election results and all politics. But God is in control. What will you do if what you want to happen doesn’t happen? Will you surrender yourself to the One in control and commit to living with conduct worthy of the gospel no matter what happens nationally and politically?
Prayer Prompt: “I cannot control outcomes, but God you are in control, I surrender to you. I surrender to conduct myself for the next week and beyond in a manner worthy of you.”
